  • Business details you provide to train your Voice Agent — services, hours, pricing, policies, and scripts.
  • Account and contact information, such as your name, email, phone number, and billing details.

Information from calls handled by the Services

  • Call audio recordings and their transcripts.
  • Caller details captured during a call, such as phone number, name, appointment time, and the reason for calling.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data from our website, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. Call recordings and transcripts

Please note: calls handled by the Services are recorded and transcribed, and members of our team listen to call recordings and read transcripts. We do this for quality assurance and to fine-tune and continuously improve the performance of your Voice Agent and our models.

Recordings and transcripts are treated as confidential and accessed only by authorized personnel and trusted service providers who help us operate and improve the Services. We use this information to monitor accuracy, correct mistakes, train and tune Voice Agents, and improve conversation quality.

Because of this, you are responsible for informing your callers that their calls may be recorded where required, and for obtaining any consents that the call-recording and consent laws in your and your callers' jurisdictions require. See our Terms & Conditions for more on your responsibilities.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including answering calls and booking appointments.
  • To build, train, fine-tune, and improve Voice Agents and our underlying models.
  • To provide support, communicate with you, and process payments.
  • To monitor quality, prevent abuse, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers (subprocessors) who help us run the Services — for example, telephony providers, speech-to-text/transcription providers, AI model providers, hosting, calendar and scheduling platforms (such as Cal.com), and payment processors — under contracts that require them to protect the data.
  • Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, improve our Voice Agents, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us at privacy@sublime.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We are based in the United States, and information we process may be stored and handled in the U.S. or other countries. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to locations with different data-protection laws than your own.
